The Spanish digital health company will install eight lines of its 4RemoteHealth platform at the Hospital Nacional Rosales.

Zerintia HealthTech will digitize the operating rooms of the Hospital Nacional Rosales, the leading hospital in El Salvador. The Spanish digital health company, in collaboration with its regional distributor PROMED, will implement eight lines of its 4RemoteHealth platform at the hospital.

The project includes the fixed installation of six units in specialized operating rooms—such as those for cardiovascular surgery, neurosurgery, and transplants—and the deployment of two mobile carts equipped with the same technology. The initial operational period is set for two years.

The 4RemoteHealth solution integrates seamlessly into clinical workflows, supporting medical work and improving healthcare efficiency. Unlike other technologies that operate in isolation or superficially, this platform enables the digitization of complex clinical environments such as operating rooms, intensive care units, and ambulances, connecting healthcare professionals in real time from anywhere in the world.

With this tool, medical teams can access, view, and share live signals from monitors, cameras, surgical equipment, and other clinical devices, as well as high-quality audio and video. Additionally, 4RemoteHealth includes a bidirectional augmented reality feature, enhancing remote collaboration with interactive visual elements that improve clinical support from a distance. This facilitates efficient coordination between medical teams in different locations during procedures, enables remote expert support, and strengthens traceability and procedural safety, thus optimizing real-time decision-making.

This significant contract marks a decisive step in the international expansion of Zerintia HealthTech and positions the company as a strategic technology provider in the modernization process of El Salvador’s healthcare system. The Hospital Nacional Rosales, inaugurated in 1902, is currently undergoing a complete renovation as part of a government plan to make it the top hospital in Central America.

Partnership with PROMED

The operation has been formalized through a distribution agreement with Promoción Médica, S.A. (PROMED), one of the leading providers of medical technologies and devices in Central America and the Caribbean.
