Zerintia HealthTech, a Spanish company specialized in digital health, introduces the fifth generation of its 4RemoteHealth platform. This new version incorporates enhanced features designed to improve user experience and optimize image quality, connectivity, and communication in remote clinical environments.

One of the key innovations in 4RemoteHealth V5 is its new low-bandwidth mode, which ensures connection stability even in environments with highly limited network resources. This upgrade maintains operational quality during sessions, keeps a stable image, and prevents connection freezes, ensuring continuity and reliability in operating rooms, mobile devices, or remote locations with poor connectivity.

In the imaging area, 4RemoteHealth V5 adds light-exposure control for ambient cameras, an important advancement to prevent overexposed images caused by surgical lamps. The platform also introduces the ability to save camera presets – including angles, zoom, and exposure settings – to ensure consistent, reliable, and high-quality visualizations across all clinical sessions.

The update includes an advanced AI-powered voice-to-voice translation system, capable of processing audio in one language and delivering real-time output in another. It also features improvements to the voice-to-text transcription in the chat, offering faster and more accurate conversion of spoken words into written text. These capabilities enhance multilingual communication and support real-time documentation during any session.

The platform’s interface has been refreshed with a more intuitive call history, improving navigation and access to previous sessions. A new tag-based search engine allows users to add, organize, and instantly retrieve clinical evidence, streamlining access to relevant information and accelerating decision-making.

Additionally, the fifth version expands its management capabilities with new tools for scheduling sessions and training. 4RemoteHealth V5 enables bulk user creation via CSV files, improving team coordination and reducing errors. It also introduces a redesigned webinar system, now unified into a single workflow that includes the new Public Webinar mode, offering password-protected access via link—simplifying enrollment while ensuring event security.

4RemoteHealth enables real-time collaboration among healthcare professionals, allowing the sharing of clinical device feeds, audio, images, and video in complex environments. With these enhancements, the platform further strengthens its position as a leading tool in telemedicine and surgical collaboration, combining technological innovation with more efficient and secure user experience.
