- The president of the Spanish digital health company, Joaquín Fernández de Piérola, presented the 4RemoteHealth platform.
Zerintia HealthTech, a Spanish digital health company, took part in the third edition of Ennova Health Day, an event aimed at promoting innovation and digital transformation initiatives in the healthcare sector, serving as a forum for debate and giving visibility to entrepreneurship. The event, organised by Diario Médico and Correo Farmacéutico at the Real Teatro de Retiro in Madrid, brought together clinical experts, healthcare managers, researchers and technologists to analyse how to advance the adoption and scaling of innovative solutions that generate real value for the healthcare system.
Zerintia HealthTech participated in the roundtable “Cases that Inspire: from Innovation to Health Impact,” where solutions combining technological innovation and practical application in healthcare settings were presented. The company’s president, Joaquín Fernández de Piérola, introduced 4RemoteHealth in a pitch format.
During his presentation, titled “4RemoteHealth: Technological Innovation to Scale Remote Healthcare,” Fernández de Piérola explained the solution developed by Zerintia HealthTech, which enables real-time remote collaboration and interaction between healthcare professionals by sharing various signals from existing clinical devices, along with voice, images and video, in different high-complexity clinical environments. He highlighted that the platform, originally created to broadcast a surgical intervention via 5G at the Mobile World Congress 2019, has since become a versatile and adaptable solution for diverse medical settings, ensuring efficiency and seamless communication with no latency.
Ennova Health Day seeks to foster debate on the role of the entrepreneurial healthcare professional, analyse barriers and solutions to innovation, support the development of new innovation models and highlight and reward outstanding projects. In its third edition, the event has already consolidated itself as a key forum for promoting transformative initiatives in the healthcare sector.
In addition to Zerintia HealthTech, companies such as Viacore IT, Daiichi Sankyo España, Peptomyc, AptaTargets, Genomcore, Altum Sequencing and Corify Care also took part in the event, showcasing the broad landscape of innovation and entrepreneurship in digital health.
